------FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE------
Mt.
Juliet’s Noon Rotary Club and First Freedom Bank Celebrate Success of
Second
Annual “Fall Foliage Ride” to benefit Big Brothers organization
(October 19, 2007 – Lebanon, Tennessee)
The second annual Fall Foliage Ride to benefit Big Brothers of
Mt. Juliet is over. It is also logged into the history books as another
success for the Mt. Juliet Noon Rotary Club and their second time
co-sponsor, First Freedom Bank. After an official registration, sixty
motorcycle enthusiasts recently departed HDP Motorcycle Consignment in Mt.
Juliet on an early Saturday morning. The special charity event was a well
attended “7 Card Stud Poker Run” and involved several participating
businesses in Wilson county. After a brief visit at each of the
pre-selected establishments, riders ended up at Coach’s Eastgate for the
finale celebration party that included great food and refreshments.
“By all accounts, this was
a very successful ride for charity”, said Gary Spruill, Rotary Club member
and event committee representative, “the weather was perfect for our ride,
everyone had a great time and we raised in excess of $2,000, which will go
to Big Brothers of Mt. Juliet and other local charities”. Each participant
was asked to bring a toy for the Big Brothers organization and these items
are also expected to be a great benefit to the charity organization.
Additional supporters of the
event were Precision Motorsports, Kings Market and Chief Equipment Rental.
Participants visited each of the supporting businesses and drew cards from a
deck held by members of the Mt. Juliet Rotary club. These club members were
stationed at each location to assist and personally log the cards onto an
official form participants received during initial registration. After all
stops were completed, Sharon McGuire was declared to be holding the winning
hand and was awarded the $500 grand prize. The event was not limited to
motorcycles and there were several autos involved to express their support
to the kids in Mt. Juliet’s Big Brother program.

Southeast in Lebanon. The classic car dealership buys, sells and restores
investment quality antique, classic and muscle cars. The company’s
“all-indoor” “museum-quality” showroom is a “world-class” facility for the
most discerning car enthusiast and normally has 50 – 60 vehicles on hand for
viewing at any given time.

Tony
Billings, owner of Middle Tennessee Auto Services, and Rhiannon Turley
enjoyed their ride on Tony’s immaculate ‘03 Big Dog Chopper. Tony and
Rhiannon also enjoyed their tour of Classic Cars Southeast in support of the
Mt. Juliet Big Brother organization. They are pictured in the foreground of
the facility’s state-of-the-art classic car restoration center where the
professional technicians can perform a full service maintenance program from
minor tune-ups and engine service to a full-blown “frame-off” restoration.
