-----FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-----
National
Automotive Magazine Features Work of Middle Tennessee
Classic Car
Restoration Center
(May
21, 2007 - Lebanon, TN) Lebanon based, Classic Cars Southeast, will soon
have an example of their work displayed in "RIDES" magazine, a very popular
national automotive publication. The magazine is well known for
highlighting some of the finest exotic and customized celebrity vehicles
from around the world. A professional photographer was recently dispatched
to middle Tennessee to capture images of an automobile that was customized
by the dealership. The article, a feature story schedule for mid summer
publication, will focus on a 1973 Chevrolet Caprice owned by John Derakhshan,
a customer of Classic Cars Southeast.
The magazine had already expressed interest in publishing an article about
the award-winning vehicle and the dealership’s "state-of-the-art"
restoration facility produced the final "head-turning" results that were
needed for the photo display. "We are happy that one of our customers
is receiving such publicity", said Dale Nunnery, founder and president of
Classic Cars Southeast, "however, we are ecstatic that our facility was
chosen to help with the finished product that has attracted so much
attention."
Several onlookers had heard about the
"photo shoot" and gathered at Classic Cars Southeast to get a distant
glimpse of the beautiful paint and body results as the Caprice was being
photographed. "RIDES" commissioned the Douglas Sonders Photography
Agency to coordinate this special photo layout. The agency's owner,
Douglas Sonders, a professional photographer that has been associated
with the publication for several years, took the actual photographs that
will be used in the article. In addition to an ongoing relationship
with RIDES, he is also on the "A" list of a variety of other
publications and is frequently summoned when they are in need of special
photography to enhance memorable articles.

Sonders (right) "clicks" away as John Derakhshan caries his award
winning 1973 Chevrolet Caprice through various performance maneuvers in
the background. The special photo session is for a soon to be released
feature in RIDES magazine.
Sonders'
unique "no holds bared" style of photography and respectable work ethic has
enabled him to produce images for some very prestigious clients. His work
has been seen everywhere from billboards, in NYC to the cover of Billboard
Magazine and even on the small screen, including the very popular Speed
Channel. His prestigious agency has offices in Washington, DC, New York
City and Los Angeles, however, he is quick to let everyone know how much he
enjoys his frequent trips to middle Tennessee. "I spend much of my time
traveling to the various locations of my clients", said Sonders, "lately
there have been numerous trips to Nashville and it is my desire to relocate
to the area one day."
