-----FOR
IMMEDIATE RELEASE-----
Popular Radio Talk Show Host,
Harry Douglas, Features "Classic Cars Southeast" On His Live Broadcast
Produced At Nashville's Famous WLAC Facilities On Music Row.
(Lebanon TN
- May 4, 2007) "Car Concerns", a two-hour radio program that airs each
Sunday morning between 10AM and 12PM from the world famous studios of WLAC
on music row, is co-hosted by Harry Douglas and Bill Walls. The two veteran
automotive enthusiasts talk about everyday benefits and problems associated
with buying, financing and operating a vehicle, both new and used. The
combination of Douglas and Walls represents a vast knowledge of the
automobile industry and the team has garnered great success with allowing
listeners to phone in and discuss certain problems being experienced with
particular vehicles.
These
subjects deal with everything from selecting a dealership and purchase
negotiations (using a more updated approach) to maintenance, warranties and
after market additions. Questions are evaluated by Douglas and Walls
during, sometimes, lengthy conversation with the caller. Whenever a problem
cannot be resolved on air, they offer suggestions on the appropriate
follow-up procedures for their callers to consider.
Car Concerns dedicated the
month of April to the classic car phenomenon with specific focus on
Lebanon based Classic Cars Southeast. "We enjoyed having Classic Cars
Southeast as the special subject of our program", said Douglas, "their
involvement in the show prompted numerous calls requesting additional
information about their showroom and restoration center." The classic
car phenomenon continues to expand and everyone seems to have a desire
to become involved with this nostalgic part of automotive history.
There are hundreds of clubs throughout middle Tennessee and every
weekend during the spring, summer and early fall months, there is
normally an abundance of car show activity within a short driving
distance for most any community statewide.

Douglas chats with a listener
who has just won tickets to tour the Classic Cars Southeast showroom.
He is excited that this "free tour of the dealership's showroom" segment
has been such a great addition to the radio program. Douglas is also
host of a similar radio talk show in the Knoxville area on Saturdays and
is already planning, for the near future, a special segment with Classic
Cars Southeast to be included in that production. Callers are welcome
to phone in their questions to either program and the questions can also
be submitted via
e-mail to
harry@carconcerns.com.

Douglas takes time out during a
tour of Classic Cars Southeast to admire this 1962 Chevrolet Corvette
Convertible with a fuel injected 327ci/360hp engine. "I have owned many
of the special cars in this showroom and have a great appreciation for
them all", said Douglas, "however, a corvette like this is always worthy
of a second look".
