Travelers headed north on US 231 were recently treated to an impressive early morning sight just south of Scottsville Kentucky.  Heads were turning as motorists passed a convoy of breathtaking automobiles weaving southward through the beautiful hills and valleys of the mountainous region.

This assembly of magnificent vehicles belonged to club members of "Corvettes Limited of Bowling Green, Kentucky".  The convoy involved participants on a special club "cruise-in" to Classic Cars Southeast, a classic car dealership and restoration center in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Classic Cars Southeast plays host to various individual club cruise-ins and the nice weather has prompted numerous requests for the impressive tour.  Their all "in-door" "museum quality" showroom normally has a selection of around 50 vehicles and their 10,500 sq. ft. "state-of-the-art" restoration center can accomplish any job from minor maintenance to a full restoration. 

The club "cruise-ins" always consists of a great outing for the members, especially this time of year.  Participants are allowed a tour of the dealership's all in-door "for sale" showroom, where there are normally around 50 classic, muscle and vintage vehicles available for viewing.  A second tour is provided at the dealership's Restoration Center, located next door to the showroom.

The groups like to include special arrangements with Lil' Paul's Smokehouse for some great dining prior to their return road trip. The restaurant specializes in BBQ, fish dinners (Sat only) and many other great tasting dishes.  It is close by with ample parking and it has evolved into a favorite spot for the car enthusiasts touring the Lebanon based dealership.  Lil' Paul's offers the Classic Cars Southeast club cruise-in members a special discount and is an added benefit to top off a great day prior to departing Wilson county.

Classic Cars Southeast is located at 917 Carthage Highway in Lebanon, TN, 37087.  From Nashville take I-40E to exit 239B (Hwy 70W), turn right at the second traffic light and the dealership can be seen on the left.    

Club members participating in these organized cruise-ins are sold admittance tickets on a special "buy one, get one free" basis.  The normal admittance fee is $5 per person.
